We firmly believe that diet and exercise go hand and hand.  Its not only a temporary change but a lifestyle change.  We developed this program because our Founder and President Toby McGrail knew he needed to make a change in his daily life and he believed that it all starts with lifestyle change.  You also need to remember its a 50-50 scenerio.  What I mean by that is it has to be 50 percent Excercise and 50 Percent Eating Right.
In March of 2004 Toby weighed 310 pounds.  He began running every day.  When he first began running he could not even run a half of a mile without feeling extremely winded.  So each day he slowly increased by distance and concentrated on the distance more than his speed.   He also worked out at a local gym three times a week.   While keeping this program he went on a very strict eating program.  He began eating fruits, vegetables, salads, jello, and low fat popcorn.
 
As he continued the program for about 5 months he was able to lose and astonishing 130 pounds and weighed 179 pounds.  He also went from wearing a size 44 to a 32 Inch Waist.
