STREGTH TRAINING

 

Strength and Lean Muscle training is an integral part of our workout plan. We believe that Stregth and Cardio training are a vital part of having a healthy lifestyle. Cross training with stregth training can give you the body that not only you have always wanted and desired but most importantly the body that you deserve.

Strength training is a vital component of a fitness training program. Strength training at two to three times a week can help you increase bone strength and muscle structure. It will also assist you to maintain muscle mass during your weight loss program.

Most gyms or fitness centers offer various resistance machines, free weights and tools for strength training. We do think you need to invest in a gym membership or expensive equipment to reap the benefits of strength training. Our Boot camps dont use free weights or fantcy machines. We believe that the use of Resistance bands lets you train and work your muscles the same way weights do. Your own body weight helps you as well. CARDIO TRAINING 


Cardio Training is vital to any weight loss plan. However it is only one part of the plan that we use. Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone your muscles, increase stamina or train for a race Cardio Training is key.
