times a week can help you increase bone strength and muscle structure. It will
also assist you to maintain muscle mass during your weight loss program.
Most gyms or fitness centers offer various resistance machines, free
weights and tools for strength training. We do think you need to invest in a gym
membership or expensive equipment to reap the benefits of strength training. Our
Boot camps dont use free weights or fantcy machines. We believe that the use of
Resistance bands lets you train and work your muscles the same way weights do.
